How To Improve The Strength of Your Vagina Muscles So That Your Vagina Becomes Tighter

Bringing a child into this world is a wonderful thing. But unfortunately for some women who have done this process several times, there's a negative side effect. This is the loosening of the vagina. The vagina is similar to an elastic band. It can stretch and then return to its original form if it is not stretched too far. However, if it is stretched beyond its limits it will not return to its original form quite easily. Having several children can cause this problem for most women.

The problem with having a loose vagina is that it can cause most women to not achieve an orgasm because it can be hard for their partner to stimulate the sensitive areas of their vagina effectively. A growing number of women are having this problem and the sad fact is that it can lead to more devastating problems such as broken relationships.

How Can A Women Remedy A Loose Vagina?

If you have a loose vagina then there are several routes you can take to fix this problem. You can try vaginal sprays, kegels exercises or you can do a surgery.

I would however recommend that you opt for the kegel exercise instead of spending on the sprays or surgery. Other than being expensive, they may lead to other diverse problems which may put you in a far worse position than you are in now.

Benefits of Doing Kegels Exercise

Doing the kegels exercise will strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and prevent common problems associated with weak pelvic muscles such as:

1. Leakage of a few drops of urine while coughing, laughing or sneezing. 2. Leakage of stool. 3. Being unable to hold your urine for long periods of time. 4. Being unable to achieve powerful orgasms.

When Is The Best Time To Do The Exercise?

One of the good thing about performing the kegel exercise is that you can do it at anywhere and anytime you want. You do not require any special equipment, any creams or gels or any specific conditions. So if privacy is one thing that you are worried about then you will love the kegel method of tightening your vagina. No one will ever know that you are doing them and your partner will be amazed when he realize the change in your vagina.

How To Do The Kegel Exercise

The first thing you want to do is to identify which muscle you'll be targeting. This is very easy to do. Simply go to the bathroom to urinate and then try to stop your urine midway before you are done. The muscles you use to stop your urine is the same muscles that you will target to tighten your vagina.

You want to do the same action that you did to stop your urine midway. However, you will go a bit further by tightening to squeeze and holding it for 15-20 seconds before letting go. Do this process 3-4 times for one workout session. For best results, do a workout at least 3 times per day and 5 days per week.

You'll find that the exercise will be a bit challenging your first week. However, as your vagina gets stronger and tighter they will become easier to perform. Then you can increase the hold time and the amount of repetitions you do.

Having a loose vagina is not the end of the world. By simply doing the kegels exercise you can strengthen you vagina muscles and make your vagina tighter and thus please your partner while having explosive orgasms yourself. So if you were worrying its time to stop and start doing your kegel workouts today.

Personal Emergency Response Systems Reduce Anxiety In Seniors

Many seniors face added challenges both in regards to various medical conditions and also when it comes to normal day-to-day activities. Seniors that are at-risk for a medical emergency should not be left alone even if they are able to fully function on their own. Seniors may also begin to restrict their activity levels to prevent overexertion that could lead to a medical emergency. The anxiety that can build in seniors who live alone or seniors who spend a lot of time alone can become overwhelming for the senior and their loved ones.

The Health Effects of Anxiety

Heightened levels of anxiety and psychological tension in seniors can cause numerous additional health issues. When seniors become flooded with thoughts of potentially having to move out of their homes, or when they worry about having a stroke, falling, or being alone in any other emergency, their stress levels begin to rise. Stress is harmful for individuals of all ages, but it can be especially dangerous for seniors. Anxiety and psychological tension in seniors can have adverse health effects on the immune system and memory, and reduce the overall quality of life. Fortunately, personal emergency response systems have revolutionized the ways in which a senior can spend their golden years.

The Role of Emergency Response Systems in Reducing Anxiety in Seniors

Personal emergency response systems and medical alert services are able to provide seniors and their families peace of mind by acting as a constant companion to the senior. No matter what the situation entails help is ready and available with just a touch of a button. This is accomplished easily through an in-home medical alert system. By simply touching a button on a wristband or necklace-like pendant a senior is quickly connected to a representative from the care center. Representatives are highly trained and will contact a family member, a friend, a doctor or a local 9-1-1 medical service and will remain on the line until help arrives. This kind of security helps alleviate anxiety and psychological tension.

Anxiety is alleviated for seniors and family members when a secure safety net and medical alert system is in place. Seniors who have certain medical conditions or disabilities, that put them at-risk when they are alone, will benefit greatly by having access to support at any time of the day or night through a medical alert system. Most family members are willing to go considerable lengths to care for their loved ones, but the reality is that they are usually not available 24/7. Personal safety and peace of mind for seniors who live alone are achieved when security is provided for many different situations.

An unexpected intruder, feelings of dizziness, arriving home after dark, inclement weather, ascending & descending stairs, and many other factors play a role in the anxiety in seniors. Personal emergency response systems are not only beneficial to those with concerning medical conditions, but they are also valuable for seniors who would simply feel more comfortable by having immediate help at their disposal. A senior who is experiencing an emergency, discomfort or unease in anyway and does not know if a family member or neighbor is available to help, can call the personal emergency response care center and be connected to a friendly and caring representative within seconds.

The stress and anxiety that can burden seniors and their family members is unhealthy and unnecessary. It is important that a senior living alone be able to maintain the best quality of life possible. The security of knowing a professional, medical alert service provider is the touch of a button away is priceless. Alleviating this anxiety and tension has never been so easy. Personal emergency response systems are an inexpensive way to provide seniors and their families with peace of mind and invaluable security.

Tracking and Measuring Relative Humidity

In labs and other environments that require a very specific level of relative humidity (RH), careful precaution must be taken when regulating the environmental conditions. Biological incubation and pharmaceutical studies are examples of this type of environment. Even slight RH changes have a dramatic impact on the product or results.

When RH is critical to a process, it must be carefully tracked and measured. Even storage and shipping parts of the process must be monitored to ensure consistency. If not regulated properly, the productivity, quality and cost of a process can be negatively affected.

One way to keep track of RH is the use of humidity data loggers. These compact tools allow for the continuous measurement of RH during the entire production or research process. Humidity data loggers can help prevent costly mistakes, saving both time and money. From beginning to end, these valuable instruments can help you achieve precise conditions during a critical production process.

If you are considering humidity data logging equipment, there are a few important things to consider. The right data logger can make a big difference in improving your processes. A quality logger will also save you time and frustration.

Proper Certifications First, any data logger you choose should come from a manufacturer that is properly certified and meets necessary standards for their products. There is peace of mind knowing that your data logging device will be safe and reliable in any environment it needs to be used.

Humidity data loggers should have ATEX certification for intrinsic safety. They should also be certified as an FCC Class B digital device. And perhaps most importantly, the software for any data logger should be FDA 21CFR Part 11 Compliant. If RH levels are critical in your production process, be sure your logger is of the highest quality and standards.

Ease of Use For maximum efficiency and to get the most out of your humidity data logger, make sure all aspects require little training and are easy to use. The unit should be small in size and wire-free. This will allow you to place it as close to the product as possible, giving you the most accurate results.

The accompanying software should also be user-friendly. This will save you time and speed up the data gathering process. You may also want to consider a radio frequency data logger to help speed up data collection. This type of device will continually collect data, giving it to you in real time.

Flexible Application Next, make sure your humidity data logging device can be used in the environments in which you will need it. High quality data loggers can be used in a wide range of temperature and environmental conditions. It should also be applicable to any number of processes in which you will need to use it.

To be even more flexible, you may want a humidity logger that is compatible with other types of data logging equipment. If your production process will require a number of loggers, it will be important that they are all compatible with a single software interface.

Tracking and measuring RH can be critical in a sensitive production or study process. When exact results are required, don't take any chances. Implement a humidity data logger into your system and achieve the best possible results.

Insurance Agents STOP - Answer Your Biggest Question About Finding New Clients

Today I am speaking to all insurance agents about the biggest concern regarding building your business and that is - how to prospect for new clients in today's new marketing environment? Agents of the past conducted all their appointments in person, face to face, belly to belly and sitting at the kitchen table. It was also common business practice to work a neighborhood. If an agent had an appointment with one resident after that appointment they would work that same community and go door to door and try to sell more insurance. They would even collect monthly premiums going door to door.

Some of the old school agents still work this way and new agents entering the insurance industry are being taught these same old methods.

There is however a new breed of agents that are raising their game and implementing new social media marketing strategies. I can speak from experience because I'm one of them. Years ago when I entered the insurance industry I first took a job with a national big name carrier as a captive agent. Two days a week they had me wasting my time calling what they claimed to be hot leads. The truth was those leads were DEAD! The first three weeks working for that major carrier I wasted two days a week in the office calling DEAD leads. The fourth week I quit!

Intrigued by the idea of starting my own agency I decided to work toward being an independent agent. Still a newbie and very green I called the only person I knew that was in the insurance business. It happened to be an old friend of my father who was one of those old school agents I talked about above. He was very excited to hear I was in the business and offered to work with me the following week. I had no idea what he had in mind but we ended up going door to door cold calling. We did this from sun up to sun down for an entire week. We sold 3 policies that we split the commission 50/50. I told myself if this is what I had to look forward to I would look for a new career.

Well to make a long story short - over time I incorporated social media marketing strategies and techniques in my business model. I receive leads from social media techniques I've incorporated and transact all my business online. Most all carriers have online agent site where you can do online applications...and that's what I do 100%. No more going to no-show appointments, wear and tear on my car and paying for gas unnecessarily.

If more of your business is using the old model try some of the new online marketing strategies it will make a huge impact on your insurance business.

Podcasts - The Radio of the Future?

I don't know why but every so often, some one will try to promote their product by saying it's going to replace something. That the old is an obsolete tech and will go the way of the dinosaurs.

Podcasts are like that. In many ways they've grown out of radio broadcasting. And every once in a while someone will get on their high horse and claim that radio will be killed by podcasting.

Ain't gonna happen!

Claims like that really only show the lack of understanding of what a podcast is and where it fits. It ignores the audience. And it ignores the subject or topic of the broadcast. Now keep in mind I'm talking about podcasting here. Not just making recordings of earlier broadcasts available over the internet.

Modern radio is an entertainment media. Its focus -- no matter the format -- is on keeping the audience entertained. That's why it tends towards snappy, high energy DJ's and announcers. That's why it focuses on controversial talk radio. It is intended to keep people engaged on an emotional level. Not on an intellectual level.

Podcasts on the other hand have become an educational media. In fact, with only a few early hiccups they always have been. People who are customers for podcasts are looking to fill their time with something useful. That's why they go to the trouble of downloading the podcast. Satellite radio, regular radio even web-radio is much easier to listen to. It takes less effort. Why go to the effort of downloading entertainment when "live" is much easier.

That's also why music is the preferred format for radio. Whether it's rock, pop, folk, classical or country. Or mixed. Most of the modern radio is music. Yes, there is talk radio. Yes, there is sports broadcasting. Yes, there is news. But the vast majority of the airwaves -- literal, satellite or virtual -- is taken up with music.

But the preferred format -- almost literally the exclusive format -- for podcasts is education. It may be lecture, seminar, interview, or audio magazine. But the content is almost always educational.

Podcasting and radio serve two different markets. One focused on entertainment and music. Mindless amusement if you prefer. The other is focused on improving the mind and filling otherwise wasted time with something useful. Confusing the two will result in a podcast that just doesn't satisfy its market. A podcast that will ultimately fail.

Now, who turned down my radio?

It's So Easy for Special-Needs Parents to Get Off-Balance

You are so busy with everyday life. And, with your special-needs parenting duties, you're running faster and faster trying to keep up with the merry-go-round of life.

There are times you manage to jump on and ride, but the merry-go-round speeds up with additional problems, and now you're just trying to hold on, hoping not to fall off.

It's so important for special-needs parents to prepare themselves for the day ahead.

One of the best ways is to get up before the rest of the family. Yes, I know you're exhausted, and just 15 minutes or a half-hour of sleep sounds so good. But, there is often a price you pay.

The price is your peace of mind.

Getting up to just to mentally prepare yourself for the day, gives you this advantage.

And, if you can use that time, to sit and spiritually prepare yourself, you are way ahead of the game of life.

How?

Get up, wash your face, and if you have to, get a cup of coffee or tea.

Sit down and read a spiritual book, or some uplifting inspirational messages.

Next, put the book and coffee/tea down and just observe your breath. Be the witness to your breath by watching the sensations in your body as your breath goes in and out of your body. This helps to bring you into the present moment which is powerful.

Don't try to control the breath,

just observe it.

Do this through-out the day, while you're:

waiting to pick up your child from school

sitting in your child's medical or therapist office

sitting by your child's hospital bedside

waiting at a red light (riding in a car or walking)

Your breath is a built in de-stressor. It will bring you quickly back to the present moment. In the present moment is where you will find space from your thoughts and emotions that can be overwhelming raising a special-needs child.

Since you must be at times super vigilant for your child, you can easily lose yourself in the process. Observing your breathing can bring you back in balance.

Emotions such as fear and anger set your mind spinning like the merry-g0-round on high speed, but you don't have to spin out of control yourself.

Be a witness to your breath. You don't have to be run by the egoic-mind, the mind that runs wild with a constant stream of thoughts that keep you spinning. Observing your breath can give you the space to calm down and be in the moment. In that space, you will find a sense of power, peace and inner wisdom.

You will know exactly what to do for your child, at the right time. And, you will know how to care for yourself.

love, light and blessings, Janet Alston Jackson
